The JELD-WEN Field box office is next to Gate 2 on the KeyBank Plaza at the corner of SW 18th Avenue and SW Morrison.

Hours

• The JELD-WEN Field box office is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday-Saturday). Closed on Sundays (except on game days).
• JELD-WEN Field Box Office opens 3 hours prior to all events

Will Call

Primary will call is located in the main JELD-WEN Field box office on the 18th and Morrison St. KeyBank Plaza. Suite will call is located on the 20th Ave. plaza next to Gate 4. Will Call tickets are available for pick-up beginning two (2) hours prior to each JELD-WEN Field event. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the account or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card, if applicable.
